Hello, My name is Andy and I’m here because I found BiggerPockets to be an invaluable resource to learn about real estate investing. Though I am starting out, I am hungry and I am interested in learning as much as I can about the various aspects of REI. I would like to find lenders, mentors, and others who are willing to share both knowledge and expertise to possibly one day become a peer investor. Though it may not be the way things work, I have some skills, in the multimedia space that could be leveraged to provide some value, for those interested in helping. My dream is to own properties that can create significant cash flow to fund future purchases. In the end, I am here because I want to someday replace my day Job, and create something for myself, my family and my kids. I have a background in Telesales, Retail Sales, Training and Facilitating and Public Speaking. I am a Photographer who also does high quality print work and framing for interior design dealers, and the occasional art gallery. I hope to someday marry my love for art, photography and Realestate investing, to create something that is unique and desirable. I look forward to hearing from those who have a positive and honest perspective and who are looking to be supportive and inspirational.
