CPA's are professional accountants, trained in tax issues and can help, or can find answers to your questions. 

I had attended a free local REI siminar and was close to signing up for a paid training weekend.  

There are sooooo many internet articles and videos and NOISE out there.Do you want a seller to say yes to your offer and make some money for yourself and your family?

But if you look at the long-term ROI rather than short-term ROI... ... the extra leads our system converts from your traffic vs. a wix or weebly website (because we're constantly testing and tweaking on the traffic on our customers sites to find ways to improve results)... the time saved because of our platform and our support, and the training and support we give on helping our members drive more traffic and convert more leads... the ROI on a system like InvestorCarrot or LP vs. a wix site isn't even close. 

My perspective is that the gurus sell training/coaching as their primary business. 

I actually started off with a laborer type guy who I trained a bit. 

Bait and switch tactic at its finest.I know that during the ~75 hour training RE agent undertakes has parts that deal with ethics.  

Broker Associate and I don't have the time to manage other agents, training, their headaches etc.  

He was trained to start with that.  

I am currently in college and stumbled upon this forum by searching around the Internet.
