Guru vs RE Investor Coach- How do you know the difference?
This is a bit confusing to me. How do you know the difference between a guru and a bonafide RE Investor Coach?

My perspective is that the gurus sell training/coaching as their primary business. The alternative is to find a coach/mentor who is primarily doing investing themselves and helping you more or less on the side.
