The MLS will give you historical rental information.

They are both overall market generalizations so I wouldn't give either much weight...jus another piece of information. 

Thought I would start looking at the forums for information.  

And also, feel free to add any helpful information that may relate to seller financing or the above senario.

If you want someone to hang on to your info for future reference, give them something of value that has your info on it (bottle opener, magnetic sports calendar, pen, etc.).

Other programs that are county or state or church run are usually much easier to work with, I wouldn't be afraid to work with her, just understand where, from whom you would expect payment. weigh that information and choose.Your reply could be as simple as I don't participate in that program to accept that form of payment.
