Do you guys see the same trends as you would near universities but on a less frequent occurrence?

He studied Business Management and Economics at East Carolina University, all the while working within his fathers custom home building company as a supervisor and helping his mother in the sale of homes within her brokerage.

That's scary if it's a house but it is a large multi-family near a university and most of the infractions are disturbing the peace - damn students gotta party.  

I find that once people move there, they rarely leave the area. it has a great university and I cant think of anything negative to say about the area.
