Getting ready to graduate

Hey everyone. I am about to finish my Undergrad career at Duke University. I'm pretty interested in real estate investment simply because of the ability to diversify assets. Looking to learn a lot and hopefully have a solid knowledge of how the process and markets work for when I enter the "real world." I'm not sure if I see flipping or real estate as a profession but I know I want to be involved at least as a side business.
