I am recent graduate from the school of Architecture and Preservation at the University of Maryland, College Park. A colleague and I began our own design studio with our combined background in Architecture. We became partners with the premiere home contracting company in Waldorf Maryland, Attention to Detail: Design + Build (ATD). ATD has an intensive network of skilled tradesmen who have years of experience in every aspect of home renovation and remodeling.

ATD is currently working on flipping an investment property. We are serious about investment properties and have the ability to close fast, design and construct full home renovations, create digital renders and floor plans, take professional before and after photos, and more. We are currently interested in finding off market investment properties as well as find real estate agents interested in flipping homes.
