When you think about it, you could be working with large industrial parks, high-rise buildings, Fortune 1000 companies trying to find property for expansion, and much much more.

Even a dumb guy like me can amas a small fortune in under a decade.

If you are seeking out asset accumulation and equity appreciation over the long term then there are certainly fortunes to be made.

I have been fortunate enough to have networked my way onto a small team (4 of us total) of experienced flipper/investors, doing high quality work at excellent margins.

Being able to make calm, rational decisions without being forced to liquidate can save your fortune, you marriage, and possibly your life. 

@Jorge Vazquez - Fortunately for us, a bird-dog wouldn't be able to sell to our clients directly .... unless they also knew how to build a house from the ground up LOL - but yes, training someone to be the bird dog using my methods and criteria is exactly what i'm looking for, I think. 

Many houses that do not have a “coming soon” period but simply go to market are getting multiple offers same day above asking.We were fortunate recently to get our personal home under contract after a deal fell through and we had the second best offer.
