New to Real Estate Investing!
What's up everyone! I am 18and I want to pursue the field of Real Estate, specifically real estate investing. I came across different methods such as wholesaling, house hacking, and the BRRRR method. I feel these methods are really solid and I would like to do them. For as new as I am, I have been researching on how do to each one but the only thing I lack is someone I can really talk to about all of this. I am more of a hands on learner where I have to go out and do it in order to learn but I do not know where to start. I want to start with wholesaling and I have been researching that topic a lot and I know what it is and how it works. I would really appreciate it if someone locally could help me with the process.
Thank you!
