Does anyone have any experiences with nursing homes or gas stations?

Generic agreements/hand shake agreements with vague exist strategy can get a little nasty in my experience.

First of all, if you haven't done this before, I highly recommend partnering with someone with some experience in ground-up spec construction for 3-4 deals before breaking off on your own.
