It's what basically allowed us to create an assembly line of creating & converting out bound leads on auto-pilot.I mainly use it have leads go directly into Google sheets, then my VA goes into the shared folders to look up property owner's info.

I only do that when I have my auto pilot on in the Telsa and only in bumper to bumper..  

Once they fill that out they will get other text a well as a series of emails.Naturally we are going to call them too however we start our dialog with the communication vehicle they are most comfortable with.This all sits inside our CRM s we attach a auto-responder for workflow to the prospect so we never drop them.Ultimately we can send them to our seller calendar for them to schedule a time for us to come out and buy their house. 

I have found that the act of answering and asking the sellers call and questions is paramount so we took that task away.We are about 10 days away from launching our telephone VOIP, mass auto text, and voice blast service...Its kinda cool... every time a caller calls you can set a series of actions back to them.

I built an auto text and rvm system for myself and others I help then scrapped it when I found out their "might"  be issues. 

The auto insurance had a measly $50k liability limit, and the judgement was like $600K, and over $200k was just in medical bills.
