They all cook up the numbers especially when they are planning to sell.

Try Febreeze spray and oil air fresheners, and get the kind you can spray into the air intake if you have central air.  

Hi BP...I have an old house in 1 of the bathrooms in the back of the house which is an addition to the house the oil base heat doesn't heat up the bathroom the baseboard gets lux warm if that...I was thinking of buying an electric baseboard heating system just for that room...The tenants lease is up but they want to stay and I would like for them to stay...I'm not raising the rent but adding the electric baseboard heating system how would you approach the situation as the rent is already at market value and the tenants are pretty good ???

Prior to setting up the contract, seller said he had no knowledge of the existence of an oil tank.

Complaints ranging from loud music, door slamming at all hours of the day and night, calling the other tenants horrible names, etc...Today I received a phone call from the tenant in Unit 4 saying that he believes the tenant in Unit 3 is "cooking dope" because they've been smelling something horrible in the middle of the night.

Oklahoma’s economy has taken a pretty big hit recently, mainly due to its ties with the oil industry.

Coalinga is a bit of a toss up for me, it's far out in the middle of nowhere, their economy has suffered over the last few years due to oil prices going down, but will probably pick up again. 

In many US cities, it seems like the housing market is on a similar path that the energy (oil, specifically) market experiences: boom and bust cycles.
