I said no-we agreed 60 days and you were given paper work.I contacted a lawyer on Legal Shield and he said I have to wait till 10/31 to file unlawful detainer which I guess has a lot of steps.Anyone have recommendations or been through this before?

This claim was subrogated and lawyer is filing lawsuit against general contractor.Right at the completion of the April restoration work there was there was another fire at the end of August.
