They then just never message, call or email me :/They don't ask about pre-approvals or anything which I find strange.

I feel I should get something from this adjustment to our original lease, especially because it will necessarily mean greater use/mileage on the house.My policy is this:Individual must be screened and approved before they can move in.New Tenant must be willing to sign the lease and accept that they become 100% responsible for the terms of the lease and rent.

Now they're saying it may be at the end of the month, though they claim they got approved to move into an apartment, etc etc..  

I would look into getting pre-approved for an FHA loan, so you will only have to put down 3.5%. 

The other way to find out before hand is to purchase in only "FHA" approved condo's.
