Finally got done building personal credit enough to seek pre-approval (as I have only just turned 21 years old).

Hi everyone,I'm a new home buyer from Bay Area and trying to get pre-approvals in place before I start making offers.

Eligible developments can now move forward with streamlined approvals provided they meet affordability requirements.

Most will approve after 30 days of pay stubs.

When they are approved, I will tell them again in their approval email and verbally.

Get Pre-Approval from Hard Money Lender.2.

I made the submission then about 2 days later.. get a e mail Hey we love it your approved subject to a few due diligence items next step is to send of 10k .. well this was a multi million dollar deal ..

It was approved by the city and a building permit issued in Oct 2024.
