How do I connect with wholesalers in my area? What’s the best way to find unlisted homes for sale? I’m already pre approved but have been unable to find a property with good cash flow.

Wholesalers are typically looking for cash buyers, @Danny Mullen. That said, search "sell my home your city" and see what comes up. Those are probably the bigger wholesalers in your area.
