Bienes Raices AC system is on the roof -- can it be moved?

When I mentioned that the AC was on the roof to my insurance agent, they stated that they would not be able to insure a property where the AC was on the roof.Is it possible/affordable to change it to a "normal" split system where the air handler is in the house (assuming there's enough room) and the condensor is on the side of house?

PS. yes this is the property I recently had a fire loss on and will replace it with another 3 bedroom 1 bath central air property for $22,000 in a slightly better neighborhood but will keep rent at $625 to retain a great tenant. 408 Sheridan ave Dayton Oh 45403 : purchase price 18K needed minimal repair , all in for under 20k including closing cost and title .All numbers are close but not exact.Rented to sec 8 tenant for $588 month just got increase to $625 month.approx taxes 995 annual insurance 580 annual .annual rent 7500 , less annul taxes and ins 1575 = 5925 from this you should subtract a reserve for maintenance and property management including vacancy.

I felt paying $57 per exterior door lockset was prett ridicolous at Lowes and Home Depot...Just happen to be strolling through wal mart and noticed a almost identical oil rubbed bronze set cost $27.00The oil rubbed bronze passage and privacy locks were also 40-50% cheaper...Cabinent hardware....
