I do have our base terms in the contract, and added another page for buyer to release me from all/any information related to lead protection and providing the link: http://www.disclosuresource.com/downloads/lead.pdfI do have title insurance from when I bought and the buyer is going to get his own and getting a termite inspection.

This takes a pretty long time to merge all of the cells and it would be easier to download a template that somebody made so I can just put in my information and not create everything myself.
