Hello I am a newbie

I am a newbie and just finished going to a three day seminar learning about flippng wholesaling and property investing.   They wanted me to  spend a lot of money for further coaching which I am glad I said no.  I went to search on the Internet and this site came up. I'm so thankful I found this because it has  valuable information and I love the fact that there is a community to talk to. Sandra
