The successful person sticks with it, makes a few mistakes, evaluates what he did wrong, seeks out help from a mentor or coach, and repeats the process.

Hello everyone,I recently moved to Las Vegas and am pursuing a Real Estate Agent license.

I unfortunately did not find out about bigger pockets until after i dropped 105K into a coaching program.I do have property in the US, but I have found that I have had a heck of a lot more success in Canada.As a fellow Calgary Investor, we could definitely meet up.

Some REIAs are very helpful and some only exist to profit by selling hard core pitches for coaching and educational materials.Most groups have about 1/2 hour at the beginning for networking.

., Take the EPA class on lead paint, especially if you're "coaching" REI, you need to know this stuff. 

I just had  a friend move to Las Vegas for that very reason. 

Areas outside the metropolitan area that could be of interest are (in the west): Cabo Rojo, Boquerón, Aguadilla, Guanica, Isabela and Vega Baja.
