Flood of Guru commercials in Chicago area

Is it just me or does there seem to be an increase in the number of Real Estate Guru commercials lately in the Chicago area? I've noticed them before, but now it's like I hear at least two on the radio during the course of the day, then probably see one later at night as part of some infomercial.

Are investors in Chicago seeing a lot of bad money out there trying to follow these "systems"????
