The house is in a historical district, walking distance to a University, a historic Main Street area and not far from a Community College, so it's in a somewhat touristy location with a lot of potential students as well.We talked about it a little and she was on board with the idea so I posted an ad on craigslist and got an inquiry a few hours later. 

A little about myself:I graduated from Michigan State University in the spring of 2016 with a degree in Supply Chain Management.

I have an Architectural Engineering degree from the University of Miami, and I currently work in Manhattan as a project manager for a construction management firm, building high rises.

They were sending hourly updates with photos of the water level moving closer and closer to their thresholds and I was just asking out loud for whoever is looking over me to summon the powers of the universe to change the direction of the flood waters and help me out just a little bit. 

My plan is to locate a multifamily minimum of 3 units around a University.

I've been specializing in residential leasing as I am a student at Temple University and am able to reach a large amount of students.I'm excited to be in such a great city with so many opportunities and am looking forward to meeting you all.Thanks :)Rebecca Sole

Rent out the rooms individually and have common areas (works especially well near universities!).

Tuscaloosa hosts the University of Alabama which is a great opportunity for college rentals and they're relatively cheap with better cap rates compared to anything in Los Angeles.

If you're in the Air Force, the portal has a link to Universal class where you can take courses on property management and business.

They are growing faster than any other town in my area with the new University.
