When filling out the IRS SChedule E for a multi unit property, do i list each apartment separately or do i have to list it as a "property". 1 "property" has 4 units or apartments with different rental days and expenses, etc.

In my market this gives me the same cash flow return as buying more units, just not the added benefit of having more buildings to build future wealth but I feel it’s a smarter play right now given my financial situation.

In a better market you might be able to use those things to get a better deal on commercial insurance but in the current market there won't be flexibility.On personal policies/1-4 unit rental dwelling policies there won't be any flexibility whatsoever unless it's something the company already has built into their guidelines/pricing.
