In an LLC, you can use special allocations to distribute profits however you want, it isn't like stock ownership where the amount of owned stock dictates percentage.

i would go back to the tile store and tell them the story and show evidence, police report, photos, etc. tell them really nicely that if they don't replace the stock, for you, you're gonna have this story all over the Internet.

I also have another $40,000 in stocks that could be accessed to achieve goals.

I don't depend on social security or stocks for my retirement needs.
