Does anyone have any recommendations for quality contractors?

Or what if you personally found home you want to buy without a real estate agent...is it recommend to engage an agent?

Often, management is on site and many condos are kept in the rental pool.

I know they planned on cashing me out early, but when rates went so high, they decided to wait until they could get loan terms closer to the terms I have with them. 

Maybe insurance is high in Minnesota (IDK), but it is not in Wisconsin.

I was recommended Security Service Federal Union.

Biggest recommendation - network.

Would be open to any recommendations. 

In the past, once people graduated high school/college they moved out and it was socially embarrassing living with your parents.

PS when you go into the health department ( or whoever controls on site sewage) you may find out also that your individual systems and tanks are fine.. but you want to know for sure before you spend any money.
