We have explored doing a HELOC on our primary as we know that we can definitely get $50k from that.

Any suggestions on documents to ask for in addition to -Violations - Environmental hazards -Zoning issues -SurveysThanks!   

Additionally for those not in the business like I am and many on BP are even if the syndicate deal only got you 6% cash flow and maybe 25% bump on your investment not 100% that's still a great win for many right ?

@Dave Skow thanks for the advice. 1) current lender is HM and isn't feasible. 2) keeping options open to dispose entitled asset or continue building 3) and 4) currently exploring.
