Does anybody have any they'd recommend or have had positive experiences with?

Looking to have some repairs done and need to find local contractors that I could hopefully build long term relationship with.

For the innocent advertiser just starting out with Google Ads, leads might seem like the ultimate goal.

They have been on the market for about three months now and I am working with my realtor to get them sold sooner.The remaining properties have loans on them with one being free and clear and vacant, two being vacant with mortgages, and one is currently rented with a monthly mortgage payment due.

Find a good property manager, agent or partner with boots on the ground.   

If you see somone with a high level of recent misdemeanor criminal activity their chances of getting a felony is high.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

The IRS doesn’t seem to have a problem with people who meet the material participation requirements even with only a few months left in the year, as long as the hours and tasks are well-documented.
