For real estate pictures, I'd suggest a lens that can get as wide as about 16mm or so, which should allow you to stand in a doorway and capture just about the entire room, nearly wall to wall.

Josh Setterbo If they are allowing inspections but won't allow you to enter just let then know you are getting secondary inspections or opinions to more accurately determine extent of a problem so you can bring your contractors through which in essence is what you are really doing.

This gets possession much sooner, allows for cashflow much sooner, and allows them to stop the decline in property condition.The challenge with NPN notes in low price band neighborhoods is you can easily spend 30k on a rehab, add in back taxes and legal and you need a really wide margin to know you are going to make money on the note if you have to take back the property.

What would probably be ideal is a condo so I do not have to worry about extra costs to the extent a homeowner does, i.e. replacing the roof or a clogged sewer line.
