Northern Colorado Contractor Recommendation

Hey There, We are looking at a property in Greeley that is going to need some cosmetic repairs-paint, flooring, and maybe Windows. Does anyone have an excellent contractor they would recommend?

On another note, @Joshua Dorkin and @Brandon Turner, love the podcasts, listened to the new one today. But I can't get through a podcast without my toddler being absolutely terrified by the voice that says "fire round". Wide eyes, screaming, clinging to me. Every single time. Anyways, thought you might get a kick out of that!
