Contractor out with pre-inspection?
Hey BP,
We have our property under contract and are planning on doing an inspection this weekend. This will be a house hack with some BRRRR elements as well. We plan on having a kitchen constructed in the basement and my question is: Is it recommended to have a contractor out while the property is being inspected?
We will not be able to enter the home until 5 days before closing. I would like to expedite the process so we can get renters in the other part of the house ASAP. Location is White Center in Seattle, WA.
Thanks.
Josh
