We focus primarily on real estate lending and most banks are going to price their loans at a spread over the 5yr or 10 yr treasury.

He should be glad and not charge  you an arm and a leg so he can focus on other things now and have his workload more balanced throughout the year.I don't know if realtyshares provided you an estimate K-1.

@Roxanna Pifer - I have been switching my focus to include Monroe county the past two months.

@Mike Taravella, in future, you'll be better served by being less in a hurry to buy anything that comes on the market just because you can afford it, and more focused on buying bargains - even if you have to wait to pounce.
