They wouldn't work with realtors so we called, did a walk through and ultimately made a very (cringe-worthy) low-ball offer.

Ultimately, I want my money to work for me long-term.

I failed to mention that I'm ultimately going to assign the option so as long as the fee has room for me, the leftovers go to seller right?

However you have to mount it and polish it, and ultimately it was more expensive than high end level 3+ quartz surfaces which were easier to install, as such I haven't used them.
