Hi, Latina Starling, no experience in Real Estate.  Currently in Spring, TX. My goals in Real Estate is to wholesale and hold a few rental properties. I searched Amazon for some books to read on real estate investing. I came across the Ultimate Beginner's Guide and couldn't stop reading it and signed up.
