Good Morning Everyone,So I had to fire my real estate agent yesterday, after purchasing 5 properties through him this year, he insisted I needed to buy another because he had to repair the alternator in the car.

If there's been too much tenant turnover maybe the alternative would be to tighten up on the length of leases or if it's the moving trucks every weekend restrict move ins/outs to business hours.  

It might be nice if such cases could demonstrate the value, but that's unlikely because you have an unknown, unknown as an alternative.
