Sponsoring Broker in Las Vegas, NV

Good Morning Everyone,

So I had to fire my real estate agent yesterday, after purchasing 5 properties through him this year, he insisted I needed to buy another because he had to repair the alternator in the car. Somehow, I didn't feel it was my responsibility to spend $100k because he needs some car repair.

Anyhow, for similar reasons, I used to be a licensed realtor in Texas, but my license hasn't been active in 4 years. I'm considering getting my education caught up and passing the exam here in Nevada. Is anyone aware of a Sponsoring Broker here in Nevada where I can hang my license? I won't be doing deals for anyone aside from myself.

In Texas, I had a deal setup where I would pay $100/month and be able to hang my license, get mail, and use the office on the odd chance that I needed it. I was hoping to find a similar setup here.

Thanks in advance for the suggestions,

Christopher
