I know when I travel, it’s unique and interesting to stay somewhere that inspires me.  

I lived southwest of Chicago and would travel I-80 into Iowa often.

I have not traveled there.

TALK to your potential team members, and make sure you guys are all in the same boat and that everyone in that boat knows the destination you are traveling to.All personal opinions and experiences of course, but if I had the chance to do it over, I would have 'jumped' sooner, and I would have invested time into interviewing my real estate agent (as a buyer) BEFORE I signed on to work with them.Looking forward to hearing what other say on this topic!

I'm open to travelling or buying out of my region. 

For the first 3 years when i started, i worked 60-80 hours a week and traveled approx 200 days a year. i would be happy to share many of the lessons i have learned the hard way getting started in real state while working a demanding military job. 

The bottom meter is also connected to the jacuzzi (which we put in) and a 30 amp trailer hookup (from the mobile home, which we will use once the reno is done for our travel trailer).

I transitioned my STR over to targeting Travel Nurses and have been super happy with it.

There’s also a lot of Ft Hood business related travel in the area and large medical networks. 

Your start and end points maybe different than mine or most people here, but real estate is big enough that you don't need to travel unnecessary roads if you don't want to.
