Bandit signs on main roads directing traffic, bandit signs and information left at the site, have a good website for your company if you have one.

At least not right at this base since there was very little traffic, especially at night.

The husband has been working for a trucking company until last year and currently he works for himself and provided good income history.My personal search revealed he was involved in a hit and run last year and luckily it was not fatal, but I am guessing he was let go of the company and started his own.Add to the twist, zillow and redfin says their current residence was foreclosed in June but since it is so fresh not showing up on their records, the county record still shows their name.When I asked him indirectly about the traffic violation he admitted it was an accident and I can certainly understand it was an accident and he made a bad decision not to stop and I am okay with it.But the foreclosure finding has made me thinking and have not brought up to him.

Hopefully I won't be too late with traffic.

The price range that I provided is not returning any results that are very appealing to me (bad neighborhoods, very little traffic, run down, etc).

For smaller shops, my estimates based on traffics of their customers they are doing ok.Thank both of you for replying.

That would drive some traffic your way for sure,

.$125K is about half of median price in Austin, so I guess it is bit low.I myself only focus on the south part of Austin, as it is more close to airport and has less traffic to downtown.

I do not like going into Atlanta or the traffic.
