Need some advice..newbie here

Hello BP!

I am currently working with 2 different RE agents for leads to rental property in my area. The price range that I provided is not returning any results that are very appealing to me (bad neighborhoods, very little traffic, run down, etc). So my questions is, what would be my next steps? Do I need to raise the max price that I am currently searching on? Do I need to work with different agents? Find a way to be able to afford higher priced units (investors, etc)?

Thank you in advance,

Tony
