I read that veteran investors here are tired of beating dead horses.

This way I don't waste peoples money and I do have a somewhat dragged out process because my time is limited and I don't have time for tire kickers or no shows.

I regularly get calls on my SFHs from apartment dwellers who are tired of sharing walls.

I got kind of tired of all of them telling me that their part of the project wasn't done because the other sub hadn't finished something, etc.

Tired landlord financing can be great, but I have to say, many rentals and especially apts are turned into notes as a really cheap way to get management that can't leave. :)

I got tired of that bull real quick and decided to read and research a certain area.

Right now our business is "feast or famine" and I'm tired of the emotional swings.

The other houses on the block are mostly well kept though old and tired.
