Hello everyone, my name is Craig. I have left my job back in 2011 to pursue the opportunity to become a land owner. I am originally from Long Island, NY and have traveled all over the country, exploring different areas. I have no prior experience in Real Estate but, have always had an interest in it. I have gone to some seminars and a majority of them turned into, "you can have all the answers for $20k+". I got tired of that bull real quick and decided to read and research a certain area. Almost 2 years later, I have 3 buildings and am working on obtaining more but have hit the bump in the road. My books have changed a couple times and I am still looking for a better way of keeping all my records. I have a net of friends that do have extra money and I am looking to bring their money into my company to make this grow but, I don't need 5 partners.

If anyone has any suggestions on the bumps in the road that I have come across please share your thoughts.

I now begin my journey on the BP website to try and find the answers to my many questions and concerns. I hope to talk to you all soon and share some knowledge as well as stories and possibly some deals.
