Rate Your REIA!
I know that many of us here on BP recommend that folks go to their local REIA for advice and to find mentors.
So, I thought that it would be great if people could share their experience with us about the local REIA that they attend.
Some things to consider:
- How active are they?
- How many members attend meetings?
- What is the quality of their education?
- Do you feel they allow too many "gurus" give presentations?
- How much value have they brought into your investing.
- Have you been able to form quality relationships there?
Lets use a scale of 1 to 10, and then give some reasons as to the rating.

Thanks!
