I have been tip-toeing around the idea of going into real estate for a while, but recently I found Brandon and I am so inspired and ready to dive in.

Here are some quick tips for vetting a mentorship program:1.

A lot of us are “solopreneurs” fighting the real estate war in the front lines and sometimes it feels like literally you will go as far as your mind can take so what are your tips and tricks to push forward when the journey feels steep and things don't go your way?

I tried searching for this topic but had mixed results on the site, not sure if there's any simple tips/tricks to it as i'm guessing this is only the 1,000,000th time this question has been asked...Thanks!

@Jon-Michael Cortez-Alonso San Bernardino and San Diego counties are tough to work with but Riverside county has a trick, it all depends on the effort you want to put in, it definitely wouldn't be a list of properties that would make great deals off the shelf.

Anyway, just looking for some tips and tricks for different systems and organization for management of a building like this.

Any tips that you have for running comps?
