Good morning Cali investors. Does anyone have experience pulling county data to find off market leads in Riverside, San Diego, and San Bernardino Counties. I know their are paid subscriptions that will work, but I am a newbie on a budget and to top it off I would like the hands on experience of doing this manually in my markets. Anyone that is willing to help please message me, I am looking for more leads and quickly, buyers list is waiting and I’m looking to close close close some deals thanks
