@Michael VerBout In most cases you be better off letting it go to sheriff sale in buying it for the sheriff sale price if you try to reinstate her do anything else you’re going to have to pay legal fees and other penalties to the mortgage company in the PF will significantly rise you’d also have to take care of that $10,000 second lien which will be extinguished in the sheriff sale.
