I'm a native of Saranac Lake (10 min. from Lake Placid) and have watched the STR market continue to climb. 

My thought was could I get it under contract and then market it to be sold and at the closing i would just pay them what we agreed upon and i keep the extra.

Hello,Trying to source deals, I've been reaching out to many RE pros in my market (Spain) and came to be in touch with a family office that offered to sell me, among other overpriced assets, the whole fifth floor - subdivided in 2 apt - of a building they're renovating in the city center. 

The wife maintains separate bank accounts for each rental & escrow accounts for each of the properties we seller financed.

Even with the recent stock market chaos, there's some bright news for mortgage companies.

I am located at Central Florida area, and I believe that even with the high prices, higher interest rates and huge supply of real state down here, still out here many great opportunities.The market still hot, we just need to adjust the approach..... at least are my guts feelings.v/r
