The issue could have been identified on the first phone call by reviewing the tenant's ledger.

Can't tell you how many times the plumber has picked up the phone after hours when we call for an emergency because we know them, have a good relationship and reputation with them - and we promptly pay their bill!

it just sucks being on the road and trying to get someone on the phone. 

I typically like to start with an initial phone call with investors to learn more about your investment goals, and to explain all that our company has to offer.

They also mentioned they would seal the replacement pipe with some kind of "sealant" so that tree roots couldn't get in their again.My friend was also planning to build an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) in their backyard.A few questions:1) Should my friend have the sewer pipe replacement done with the ADU construction (thinking it might result in a lower overall total cost for all the work done) or should they hire out the sewer replacement job separately?
