Our property management contact changed hands a couple of times but the reps were great (good transition, responsive, professional responses, etc.).

We of course are planning to meet with a real estate CPA to clarify these questions, but I'm trying to be as prepared as possible and understand as much as I can before meeting with them.  

We just got back from visiting the area and have decided that we want to buy in Bradenton, FL since that area seems to fit us best and our future needs while also still being within our current price range (<$450k).I have already listened and watched many BP webinars and podcasts and am about to purchase David’s book, start with strategy since I feel that’s the best next step for me and my husband to get our plan onto paper and to solidify our thoughts together (all while still saving money of course!).
