I am betting 9 to 1 there is a laundry list at city hall waiting for you, I have personally seen it in a 84 unit purchase, the day after closing the city stepped in with more then 200 items ranging from fire code out of compliance for building access drives too the parking lot grade and maintenance.

You can "audit" courses at reduced tuition rates simply sitting in on classes, generally being tested, but not receiving a grade.
