This included power washing of the roofs.

I have had a stronger callback rate on my first 1000, and at first I really struggled with feeling overwhelmed trying to make the best out of each lead.

He does have the power to make you tear everything done and redo the whole project, but if you just let him do his job and politely ask questions, they tend to be very nice individuals with lots of experience and tips.  

You can slowly build up your SEO power over time.  

My wife and I just started our first real estate investment business and I am feeling a little overwhelmed with the learning curve.

Although staging a house, or typically a cabin in my case, will make it show better I feel I lose some negotiating power.
