You will likely run across a responsive agent by doing this and ask them to set up a MLS watch list also.I usually see new listing before a realtor can notify me.I'd look for a house maybe across the street from ocean that still has some views, maybe a small pool and that is close to one of the beach accesses so you can walk across the street to the beach.
